Early access · Amazon Japan first
Frozen inventory, back in the loop.
FrostLoop is an AI agent that helps Amazon FBA sellers decide what to do with slow-moving stock: keep selling, price down, donate or dispose. It shows its evidence, and you approve every action.

The problem
Stock that does not sell keeps costing you. Storage fees grow, the goods lose value, and the choice between waiting, discounting, giving away or throwing out is usually made by hand, one SKU at a time, with no clear view of what each option would earn.
How it works
- Bring your Amazon reports.Upload the FBA inventory report, and the aged-inventory fee report if you have it.
- The agent compares four options.Keep selling, price down, donate or dispose, for the items with the most value at stake, with fees and safety rules applied.
- You see the evidence.Every number shows where it came from. Competitor prices are checked against the page they came from.
- You decide.Approve, change, reject, or ask the agent to look again. Nothing is done for you.
What you can rely on
- A calculator does the maths, never the AI.
- Safety rules are written in code. For example, opened cosmetics cannot be resold or donated.
- You approve every action. The agent has no way to change a price, a listing or your stock.
- Your product names are hidden from the AI unless you agree.
- Each customer's data is kept apart and deleted after a retention period (30 days by default).

Questions
What does the demo do with my file?
It is read and calculated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
Which marketplaces does it look at?
Amazon Japan FBA reports are the starting point. The market research looks at Mercari, BASE and STORES shops, Rakuten and Yahoo!. It cannot read Amazon product pages yet.
Does it change my listings or prices?
No. It only drafts recommendations. You act on them yourself.
How accurate is it?
Treat it as a second opinion. The fees in the calculator are labelled as placeholders unless they come from your own fee report, and prices found on the web are marked as confirmed or not.
How do I get a trial?
